WHO WE ARE

Transforming education at every level.

We are an ESP committed to K-12 breakthrough outcomes. We strengthen academic performance, refine administrative operations, and empower leaders to aim higher.

When students strive, entire communities thrive.

At Skyrocket™, we believe that the ripple effect of student success extends far beyond the classroom. We partner directly with schools and districts to design environments where every single learner gains the tools, inspiration, and consistent support to reach their full potential.

We aren't a traditional corporate management agency. We are practitioners, builders, and community partners on the ground working in the spaces where academic performance and operational excellence meet.

Our Leadership

Our leaders have spent their careers inside schools and the systems that support them.

Jamie’s vision is to support education reform, and she works alongside the leadership team to serve schools and charitable organizations. Jamie graduated from the University of Southern California.

Jessica Manalastas

VICE PRESIDENT OF TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS

She specializes in enterprise systems, especially Workday, using them to simplify complex processes and create solutions that scale as the organization grows. She believes the best fixes come from curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Her test for any solution is simple: does it make work easier for the people using it?
